Soul-centered Mentoring
Embody your full potential.
Create impact in the world.
When we feel felt and seen, we feel safe. We’re able to participate in life, to be passionate about our work, to relate deeply and skillfully with others, and even to grow and change after painful experiences.
– Thomas Hübl
Through the attuned presence of another, we can become free, alive, awake.
I work with you to strengthen your sense of presence – spacious, nonjudgmental awareness. We do this through two main embodied pathways: inner awareness and relational awareness. Inner awareness is your ability to track your own embodied experience as you move through your day. Relational awareness is your ability to track in your own body the state of others around you, including how they respond to you.

Inner awareness is your ground, the embodied foundation of your life. Your ability to stay rooted in that ground as you relate determines how much your creative intelligence can land in others.
My role has four elements: I hold the awareness that you are that pure creative intelligence, I hold a mirror up to you so that you can see yourself more clearly, I hold a larger space where painful experiences can be witnessed and received without judgment, and I teach you how to become that space for yourself.

We will experientially identify your core intelligence so that you can express it more fully in the world and be a true gift for others. We work together to build bridges between the creative intelligence you are and how you are currently living your life.
Trauma-informed Coaching
Therapy for the Soul

The path is meant to be walked together
-
Where in your life are you growing?
-
Where are you holding back from fully showing up for your life?
-
What kind of support would help you to thrive?
-
Where do you feel “if only this were different…”?

I am a somatic therapist and a mentor. By weaving these two approaches together, I guide people to embody their full potential in all areas of their lives.
The creative intelligence we are can become limited by painful or overwhelming experiences in our lives. When we identify with the painful experience, we limit the expression of our creativity in the world.

As a mentor, I guide you into deeper self-knowledge and into living your full potential in the world as a gift for others. As a somatic therapist, I support you to ground your awareness more in your body so that you are fully at home in the world.

When your eyes are tired
the world is tired also.
When your vision has gone
no part of the world can find you.

Time to go into the dark
where the night has eyes
to recognize its own.
There you can be sure
you are not beyond love.

The dark will be your womb tonight.
The night will give you a horizon
further than you can see.

You must learn one thing.
The world was made to be free in.
Give up all the other worlds
except the one to which you belong.

Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet
confinement of your aloneness
to learn

that anything or anyone
that does not bring you alive
is too small for you.
